Our leather products are made when you place your order Production time and will ship within three to five days to create. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Returns must be initiated within four weeks of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Sonoma County Leather is not responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. Your original payment method will be refunded for the cost of your item. Please contact sales@oberondesign.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate your return
Once or twice a year, we recommend conditioning your leather item with Bick 4 leather conditioner. For spot cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth and allow the spot to dry.
